We are seeking a highly motivated and organised quantity surveyor to join our team, with a proven track record in the preparation of bills of quantities, detailed construction estimates, and contract documents.
- Provide proactive contract support across varied construction projects.
- Involved in the preparation of bills of quantities, detailed construction estimates, and contract documents.
- Manage cash flow forecasts and procure large commercial projects efficiently.
- Deal with clients, architects, and other stakeholders involved in the process.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly ambitious and motivated individual with a degree in quantity surveying or a related discipline, and a minimum of 4 years' experience in a PQS environment.
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices.
- Proven track record in the preparation of bills of quantities, detailed construction estimates, and contract documents.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
