Job Description
Seeking a Pediatric Cardiologist with experience in congenital interventional cardiology to work with a team at a leading Irish healthcare provider. Key responsibilities include providing care to patients undergoing congenital cardiac interventions, liaising with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in research and audit. Requirements include a medical degree, registration with the Irish Medical Council, and completion of general paediatric training and dedicated paediatric cardiology training. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a team of consultants in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the development of clinical audit and proactive risk management. Other duties will be required as necessary by the supervising consultant or clinical director. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and manage complex patient care. They will also have a strong commitment to research and audit, with a desire to contribute to the development of clinical services. The role is a fixed-term, full-time position with a competitive salary.
