**Senior IT Applications Analyst (MES) Job Description**
This role involves the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of our Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with business departments and stakeholders to gather and implement enhancement requests
- Identifying and resolving system issues and communicating with management, business process owners, and users
- Creating and maintaining IT Applications documentation, including user requirement specifications and configuration test plans
- Configuring reports and performing daily business administrative tasks
- Providing SME support and working with functional departments on projects to develop, implement, and enhance the system
- Processing IT Applications change control requests and working with Validation and Quality departments
- Training other IT Applications employees and coordinating with team members to implement the system efficiently
- Providing end-user support, troubleshooting problems at the application server level, and participating in security access and audit trail reviews
- Contributing to data classification and risk assessments, extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from Oracle databases
- Using Oracle tools to perform data analysis tasks and creating automated data reports
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle database performance and capacity
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Experience with technical writing and process mapping
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in project management
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field and 5 years of relevant experience are required.
Project management experience and professional qualifications are preferred.
