Senior Business Analyst - IT (Dublin) Salary: €55-65k Client My client, a leading organisation within the sports and entertainment industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Analyst to join their dynamic team on a full time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the efficient management of day-to-day operations while driving the organisation's strategic goals. The Role Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and map business processes for improvement. Manage project scope, user requirements, and produce essential project documentation. Oversee test plans, UAT, and ensure successful project delivery using Prince 2 or Agile methodologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to manage change, risks, and business impacts. Develop training plans and support solution implementation, including go-live. Research and implement solutions that meet business needs while maintaining cost efficiency and timelines.Essential Criteria Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. 5+ years' direct Business Analyst experience. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.Successful Candidate characteristics Customer Focus.
