Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and map business processes for improvement. Manage project scope, user requirements, and produce essential project documentation.
- Oversee test plans, UAT, and ensure successful project delivery using Prince 2 or Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage change, risks, and business impacts.
- Develop training plans and support solution implementation, including go-live.
- Research and implement solutions that meet business needs while maintaining cost efficiency and timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years' direct Business Analyst experience.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
