Senior IT Engineer sought for dynamic team in Dublin, Ireland, with expertise in Azure, Azure AD, M365, networking, and firewalls, and a strong European footprint.
As an integral part of a team of industry experts, you will provide third-level technical support for complex IT issues and enjoy an exceptional work-life balance with a hybrid working model and flexible hours. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in networking and database management, L2/L3 support experience, and a proactive attitude, preferably with an IT background in retail organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide third-level technical support for complex IT issues related to Azure, Azure AD, M365, networking, and firewalls

Requirements:
- 5+ years in IT Support (Level 2/3)
- Strong experience in networking (Cisco, Comp TIA A+)
- Must hold a full, clean drivers license
