We specialise in Cyber, Information, and Network security providing high-end consultancy to our client base. Responsibilities Candidate sourcing (online, social media, networking, database management, European roadshows) Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment. Ability to work in an agile project delivery environment. Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships. Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates. Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests, and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client End to end management of recruitment process Relationship & account management (process management, consultation, negotiation) Developing and delivering end to end professional service solutions Expanding your IT product knowledge Requirements Minimum 5+ +successful years in an IT Recruitment role. Eager to Learn Degree in an IT or Business-related discipline Have excellent communication skills and thrive on hitting targets. Have a strong work ethic and work hard to achieve your goals.
