Job Description
Provide Level 3 support for Windows environments, manage Active Directory, lead system upgrades and migrations, and mentor junior engineers. 5+ years of experience in IT support roles, expertise in Windows environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 required. Microsoft Azure, VMware, or Hyper-V experience a plus. Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or Microsoft Certified: Systems Engineer a bonus. Ability to lead IT projects and work effectively in a hybrid environment. Experience with virtualisation platforms like VMware or Hyper-V a plus.
