Senior IT Support Engineer Contract | €240/day+ | Dublin | Hybrid Our client is actively searching for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team and provide expert technical support. As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, offering solutions, and ensuring that all queries are handled professionally and promptly. Responsibilities: Offer advanced 2nd & 3rd-level support to our client's end users globally Address intricate technical challenges encompassing software, hardware, and networking matters Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure swift and efficient resolution of all issuesRequirements: Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant industry certifications Over 6 years of experience in a comparable technical support role Proficiency with desktop support technologies including Microsoft Windows, macOS, Active Directory, SCCM, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
