Senior IT Support Engineer Contract | €230/day+ | Dublin Our client is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join their team in Dublin on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in Windows technologies, server management, and cloud services. This role will involve providing high-level technical support, managing complex IT projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of our client's IT infrastructure. Responsibilities: Provide advanced technical support for Windows desktops, servers, and related applications. Manage and troubleshoot issues related to network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls. Oversee the administration and maintenance of cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure and Office 365. Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations. Document procedures, create knowledge base articles, and train junior staff.Experience and Skills Required: Minimum of 6 years of experience in an IT support role. Extensive knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy. Experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure and Office 365. Proficient in network troubleshooting and administration. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
