Experienced Senior IT Support Specialist sought to provide Level 2 and 3 support for Microsoft and Windows technologies, with involvement in ongoing IT projects.
This role will focus on providing expert support for a range of Microsoft and Windows technologies, as well as involvement in several ongoing IT projects across the business.
Key responsibilities include managing escalations, contributing to IT system improvements, and leading IT projects such as software rollouts, upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
Requirements include 7+ years of experience in IT support, with a strong focus on Windows and Microsoft environments, and expertise in Active Directory, Office 365, and advanced networking.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues are essential, as well as relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or Comp TIA Network+.

- Provide Level 2 and 3 support for Windows environments, including Active Directory management and troubleshooting.
- Manage escalated hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Lead IT projects such as software rollouts, upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of issues and processes for both support tickets and project work.
Relevant certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or Comp TIA Network+.
