Senior IT Support Specialist Contract | €250-€280/day | Dublin A client of mine is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to join their team in Dublin. This role involves delivering Level 2 and 3 support, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing network and cloud-based services in an onsite environment. You'll be responsible for supporting business-critical IT systems and working closely with internal teams to enhance IT infrastructure. Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 and 3 support for Windows environments, including managing Active Directory and Office 365. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating to relevant teams when needed. Configure and maintain cloud-based services, particularly Azure. Support and maintain networking and security infrastructure, including firewalls and VPNs. Create and maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures and solutions. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in IT support, with a strong focus on Windows and Microsoft environments. Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP). Experience with Azure, including user and service management. Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for task automation. Previous experience with network security, including firewalls and VPNs.
