Role & Responsibilities As a Senior Java Developer, your primary responsibility will include: Developing high-quality backend code primarily using Java. Designing and implementing scalable solutions within a dynamic development environment. Interacting with cross-functional teams to ensure complete delivery of web and mobile applications. Optimizing application performance through effective database integration and server-side logic. Ensuring that all applications adhere to the established coding standards and industry best practices. Providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers and participating in code reviews. Key Skills The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: Extensive experience in Java programming and backend development. Experience of Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, or similar) Experience in designing and integrating with REST API endpoints. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Proficiency in database management and web application integration. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
