Senior Lead Engineers sought to lead complex client engineering assignments and ensure business priorities are met.

The successful candidate will perform and lead complex client engineering assignments to ensure that business priorities are met.
The Engineering & Asset Management team is responsible for undertaking four key roles: asset management, technical authority, onshore engineering, and offshore engineering.
Key responsibilities include undertaking project design reviews/site inspections on both contestable and non-contestable transmission projects.
The team is responsible for setting technical engineering policies and standards to be used for transmission infrastructure.
Successful candidates will have:
- Electrical Engineering qualification to degree level or equivalent qualification, typically with 6 years relevant post-qualification experience.
- Good technical knowledge in high voltage transmission design with strong knowledge of transmission technology including new and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on high quality report writing and ability.
- Ability to influence others to move towards a common vision or goal and to work collaboratively with and through others.
- Experience conceiving and introducing innovative ideas, solutions or new ways of doing things with strong analytical and problem solving ability.
- Experience completing onsite inspections and monitoring of construction progress for compliance.
- Full drivers licence.
