Job Description
Senior Legal Counsel sought for Aerogen, a global leader in acute care aerosol drug delivery. Partner with stakeholders to manage legal risks, provide commercially pragmatic advice, and contribute to the ongoing success of the business. Key responsibilities include supporting the Head of Legal, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, drafting legal policies and procedures, and managing external legal counsel. The ideal candidate is a practicing solicitor with at least 4 years post-qualification experience and a strong background in M&A, corporate, and commercial law.
