Senior Legal Counsel for Global Legal Team:
**Job Summary:**
Deliver legal, regulatory and compliance services to support Ireland operations.
**Key Responsibilities:*
* Prepare, review and support negotiations of contracts
* Review and prepare templates
* Provide claims support and oversee litigations
* Ensure compliance with laws and Group policies
* Support back office functions
**Requirements:**
* Fully qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE in commercial law
* Fluent in English with great technological skills
* Proven track record in an inhouse environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage large volumes of work
