Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice under Irish law with respect to the Group's Portfolio Investments through its growing Irish platform.
- Support Intrum's Investment team in new portfolio acquisitions and generally all transactions completed by the Irish investment platform.
- Corporate housekeeping and legal operations for Intrum's Irish investment vehicles, in cooperation with Group Legal and the Group Business Servicers Center.
- Ensure that the platform's activity is compliant with local laws and regulations and with Group policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
- A lawyer qualified in Irish law with minimum 3 - 5 PQE.
- Legal corporate structuring relating to Ireland.
- Experience in general corporate matters, M&A and investments, securitization laws and/or financing.
- Cross border transactions.
