Senior Legal Secretary sought for Property Department in well-established Law Firm in Dublin 4.
Supporting 2 Partners, this role offers good autonomy to an experienced Conveyancing Secretary.

The Role
- Checking emails/instructions from fee earners
- Scanning incoming post and capturing same to relevant case management files/title
- Deeds bundles
- Checking list of dictations in Diktamen/real estate folder and selecting priority tasks first
- Typing draft letters for fee earners review and gathering enclosures
- Typing/amending draft documentation in Partner for Windows Case Management System
- Objections and Requisitions on Title
- Pre-Contractual Inquiries
- Contracts for Sale
- Deeds of Transfer, Declarations Pre-Lease Inquiries, draft Leases, Side Letters and Deeds of Renunciation
- Screening calls for fee earners and typing notes to file if calls are lengthy or detailed
- Scheduling title deeds and arranging safe off site storage of same
- Scanning bundles of documents e.g., copy title/closing documents
- Logging Letters of Undertaking received or given onto the system
- Arranging for documents to be sworn by a Commissioner for Oaths/Practicing Solicitor
- Verifying bank account details of other parties
The Candidate
- Conveyancing/Property experience is essential
- Ability to prioritise workload with excellent attention to detail
- Experience using a case management system preferably P4 Ws
- Efficient in formatting of large commercial documents preferably Litera
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently to deadlines
- Excellent drafting skills
- Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong work ethic
- IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Litera and case management
