Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated Life & Pensions Administrator to manage the company pipeline, process pensions, investments, and life assurance policies, and provide excellent client communication.

The ideal candidate will have a QFA qualification, knowledge of Anti Money Laundering requirements, and 2-3 years' experience in the Life, Pensions & Investments industry. Key skills include attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritise queries.

  • Manage the processing of new business applications, including pensions, investments, and life assurance policies.
  • Deal directly with life assurance companies to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Communicate with clients over phone and email, keeping them updated on application progress.
  • Provide quarterly updates to clients on corporate client book.
  • Ensure compliance with Anti Money Laundering requirements and Consumer Protection Code.
  • Support Financial Advisors with ad hoc administration duties.

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, highly self-motivated, and able to work on their own initiative.
