**Senior Management Accountant & Business Partner**
Motivated accountant with 5+ years of PQE sought for a dynamic role at a market-leading Engineering business in Cork. Key responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering, contributing to revenue growth and cost efficiencies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monthly and quarterly reporting, investigation of variances, and results analysis to support business performance.
- Contribution to strategies for driving revenue growth and cost efficiencies.
- Preparation and coordination of budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Acting as a key Finance Business Partner to stakeholders.
- Implementation of robust financial controls and reporting systems.
- Continuous improvement initiatives leveraging technologies to enhance control environment and improve financial information.
- Lead role in preparing year-end accounts and managing external audit.

- Qualified Accountant with 5+ years of PQE.
