**About the Role**
* Monthly and quarterly reporting with variance investigation to aid business performance.
* Contribute to revenue growth and cost efficiency strategies.
* Prepare and coordinate budgeting and forecasting.
* Serve as a key Finance Business Partner.
* Implement financial controls and reporting systems.
* Drive continuous improvement leveraging technology to enhance control environment.
* Lead year-end accounts preparation and external audit management.
**About the Person**
* Qualified Accountant with 5+ years PQE.
* Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to influence at all levels.
* Excellent commercial acumen.
* Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
* Organized and efficient personality with a positive attitude.
