Senior Manager, AI Governance

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the development of technical controls for model and algorithm development.
• Establish controls to detect anomalies in AI systems and models.
• Oversee the development and quality control of AI systems and models.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage the model supply chain.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in AI model governance and development of technical controls.
• Knowledge of quality control and fit-for-purpose assessments for AI models.
• Hands-on experience with benchmarking and evaluation of AI models and systems.
