We are revolutionizing the industry, and this role will be responsible for leading the implementation, management, and execution of the technical aspects of the product development strategies for the region. The qualified candidate will be solutions-oriented and possess an eagerness to get ideas and projects implemented. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to successfully finalize projects and the ability to work in teams, manage conflicting interests, and exceptional communication skills.What You'll Do for UsLead technical aspects in the evaluation and implementation of new products and packages working with market development teams and the bottlers. Develop the Business Plan objectives together and assure the timely execution of the technical supporting activities.Collaborate with business unit technical team in the execution of innovative technologies, processes, innovative packaging to introduce sparkling and still products in the market and provide technical operations support in the implementation of promotions and line extensions.Assure continuity of supply of our current packages and brands, reviewing sales trends versus bottler and supplier's current production capacities and capabilities; ensure timely infrastructure availability and plans execution, working with bottlers technical teams to sustain business growth regarding manufacturing and logistics.Assure raw materials and packages supply to support sales growth, ensure supply continuity across the end-to-end supply chain, and act as an enabler for system alignment to drive results.Drive productivity initiatives across the system (bottlers, suppliers, FU), identify opportunities in the system to lower our products supply chain cost and influence the implementation of practices to improve the affordability of our products.Support package and product quality, co-lead to minimize the risk to the company and the brand, assure the compliance of the technical policies in our bottler system, and influence the bottler to make the appropriate investment and improve the human capabilities of their personnel in their operations.Support the accomplishment of Quality, Environmental, Safety standards by verifying performance and including timely reviews of plans, programs, and corrective actions.Lead the review of new product market performance and put in place a plan to address any technical product issues and deliver business requirements.Support the development of project management skills within the team, organization, and facilitate to ensure the sharing of best practices.Qualification & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Physics, or related field is required.4+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, in the field of product packaging for a fast-moving consumer goods company, and demonstrate a record of achievement in improving packaging and operations through Lean principles.Experience in Packaging R&D (Research & Development) programs from concept to commercialization.Demonstrate experience in project management; PMP (Project Management Professional) training or certification would be a plus.Must have experience from product concept to launch, using a defined NPD (New Product Development) or change management process.Equipment specification, evaluation, and installation experience.Must be self-motivated and team-oriented, safety and quality-minded, organized and detail-oriented, with effective oral and written communication skills and an ability to work with multiple discipline projects.What We Can Do for YouPurpose Driven: Purpose driven approach that empowers our people to protect the environment and communities we serve while delivering safe & quality products.Global Connections: Allows you to develop, enhance, and maintain global connections that allow us to move faster and learn from others.Community of Belonging: We're an organization that believes our ability to continually grow and build the right atmosphere where people feel safe and empowered lets you bring your best self to work.Skills: Leadership; Autodesk AutoCAD; Project Engineering; Food Processing; Organization; Timeline Development; Food Production; Materials Handling; Programmable Logic Controller (PLC); Process Engineering; Microsoft Office; Communication; Automation Engineering; Control Systems (Inactive) #J-18808-Ljbffr
