**Drive Innovation and Impact Patients' Lives** As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your expertise to drive the development and commercialization of synthetic therapeutics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

In this vital role, you will lead the implementation of sourcing initiatives, manage external projects, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive efficiency and success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Leadership: Manage synthetic peptide and oligonucleotide external projects, spanning development and clinical/commercial manufacture.
  • Supplier Evaluation and Management: Evaluate and outsource to domestic, international, and emerging market suppliers, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
  • Financial Management: Manage purchase orders, financial forecasting, and associated budgets to adhere to financial targets and systems.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Establish and maintain external collaborations to monitor supplier performance, continuously improve efficiency, and ensure effectiveness.
  • Problem-Solving and Analysis: Independently identify project optimization opportunities and clearly present analyses and articulate recommendations to Senior Management.

We are seeking a strategic problem-solver with a strong understanding of drug development and commercialization for synthetic therapeutics, particularly synthetic peptides and oligonucleotides. If you have:

  • A Doctorate degree and 2 years of engineering, science, or business management experience, or a Master's degree and 4 years of engineering, science, or business management experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 6 years of engineering, science, or business management experience, or an Associate's degree and 10 years of engineering, science, or business management experience, or a High school diploma/GED and 12 years of engineering, science, or business management experience

Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in engineering or science and demonstrated experience working with domestic and international CMOs/CROs.
