Senior Manager, Data Analytics – Dublin/Letterkenny Hybrid. Lead Business Intelligence function, developing cutting-edge big-data analytic platform for advanced machine learning models, improving health outcomes for members. Collaborate with Data Science and Data Engineering teams, manage team, and drive day-to-day execution. Set strategy, build end-to-end analytical solutions, and design, implement, and operationalize dashboards. Develop technical and professional skills of team members and communicate with various functional areas. Proven experience leading business intelligence development team, strong experience with Data Visualization / Dashboard tools, excellent communication and presentation style, and experience with Agile methodology and Cloud based tools. Demonstrated effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills, ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely, and undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification. Knowledge of DevOps tools, understanding of HIVE, SPARK, and components within Big data architecture, exposure to Machine Learning models / projects, and Healthcare / Pharmacy experience preferred.
