Senior Manager in Construction Recruitment

About the Role
Lead the Dublin office of a successful recruitment agency, driving business growth and managing a team of operations specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow the Dublin region business by managing the Dublin office and operations team, and working closely with the sales team.
- Ensure all orders received from clients are given maximum attention by the operations team to deliver the best possible service and to provide the best quality workers to our clients.
- Manage all of the administration and compliance tasks on a week-to-week basis supported by the operations team.
- Build the company brand by helping to build our client base through a combination of service delivery and marketing efforts.
- Mentor, develop and support our own staff team to ensure their continued career development and earning potential.
- Hire, train and onboard new staff as the business grows.
- Build and maintain outstanding relationships with our clients to ensure that the company is their recruiter of choice in the Dublin region.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation by constantly challenging how we do things and what we can do better across all aspects of the business.
Requirements
- At least 5 years operations/business development experience in the recruitment industry.
- Experience of managing a staff team and driving performance across the team/business.
- A dynamic individual with an outgoing personality and exceptional people skills.
- Be degree-qualified and have good commercial and financial knowledge and experience.
- Be IT proficient and have very strong attention to detail.
