About the Role

Lead the Dublin office of a successful recruitment agency, driving business growth and managing a team of operations specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow the Dublin region business by managing the Dublin office and operations team, and working closely with the sales team.
  • Ensure all orders received from clients are given maximum attention by the operations team to deliver the best possible service and to provide the best quality workers to our clients.
  • Manage all of the administration and compliance tasks on a week-to-week basis supported by the operations team.
  • Build the company brand by helping to build our client base through a combination of service delivery and marketing efforts.
  • Mentor, develop and support our own staff team to ensure their continued career development and earning potential.
  • Hire, train and onboard new staff as the business grows.
  • Build and maintain outstanding relationships with our clients to ensure that the company is their recruiter of choice in the Dublin region.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation by constantly challenging how we do things and what we can do better across all aspects of the business.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years operations/business development experience in the recruitment industry.
  • Experience of managing a staff team and driving performance across the team/business.
  • A dynamic individual with an outgoing personality and exceptional people skills.
  • Be degree-qualified and have good commercial and financial knowledge and experience.
  • Be IT proficient and have very strong attention to detail.
