Senior Manager, Information Security We are seeking a Senior Manager of Information Security for our Global Security Office (GSO) Enterprise Security Protection team to join our team in Dublin. This is a hybrid model position. Your role will involve leading, defining, and implementing a strategy that aligns global security architecture capabilities with Informatica's internal business needs. You will report to the Senior Director, Information Security. You will manage team members and oversee security capabilities, ensuring team projects meet goals, deadlines, scope, and budget. The Senior Manager of Information Security will enhance our technical security reviews, design functions, and foster collaboration across the enterprise, including security operations, legal, R&D, and GRC. This role is essential for maintaining an innovative, secure, and compliant service at a global cloud scale. What We'd Like to See: Relevant certifications: GCIA, GCIH, CEH, CISSP. Skilled in managing relationships through internal and external escalations. Experience with FedRAMP, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 compliance. Proven ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams. Proficiency in threat modeling and risk analysis across various contexts. Expertise in Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Management, Identity Management, and Red Team assessments. Expertise in managing multinational teams, including outsourced and entry-level staff. Role Essentials: Proven ability to design scalable security solutions for dynamic environments. Strong analytical skills to tailor solutions to specific needs. Expertise in communicating and implementing security strategies. Ability to anticipate and address evolving security threats. Up-to-date on emerging risks, countermeasures, and regulations. BA/BS or equivalent educational background; we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
