They will support package and product quality, co-lead to minimize risk, and assure compliance with technical policies. The candidate will also lead the review of new product market performance, develop project management skills within the team, and facilitate the sharing of best practices. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Physics, or a related field, and 4+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering. The candidate should have experience in Packaging R&D, project management, and equipment specification, evaluation, and installation. They must be self-motivated, team-oriented, safety and quality-minded, organized, and detail-oriented, with effective oral and written communication skills.
