Summary: Experienced fund professionals sought for Client Relationship Management role in Ireland, requiring 5+ years of industry experience and strong technical skills.

Carne Group, a leading asset management company, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join its team in Ireland. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and performing ongoing oversight on their funds to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and fiduciary requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the fund industry, with experience working in a technical capacity within a ManCo/AIFM, Administrator, Depository, Audit firm, or financial services firm. They will also possess excellent PC skills, including Word, Excel, and Access, and experience in managing multiple clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining responsibility and contact point for the regulatory oversight of several Carne client funds
  • Acting as main point of contact for clients for day-to-day activities and resolution of fund-related issues
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with fund delegates, including Investment Managers, Administrators, and Depositaries
  • Participating in the review process of initial and ongoing Due Diligence of delegates
  • Ensuring all funds have up-to-date policies and procedures
  • Coordinating and overseeing fund financial reports
  • Preparing reports for Board of Directors of Fund/Management Company
  • Ensuring Risk and Valuation work is undertaken in a timely manner
  • Supporting the client on-boarding process
  • Generating, reviewing, and signing off exceptional and regular Board reporting
  • Attending Board meetings and presenting Board reports
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the relationship and support new business development opportunities
  • Hosting onsite visits from Clients and counterparties
  • Proactively managing service commitments and Client expectations
  • Maintaining and reviewing all client data
  • Preparing presentation materials for client visits
  • Ensuring active engagement across the various teams in the organisation
  • Reviewing the Carne budget to ensure appropriate client billing
  • Assisting with capital requirements supervision
