Job Description

As the Senior Manager - Enterprise Systems and Data Portfolio, you will directly support the DCOE by ensuring effective governance of the entire Enterprise Systems and Data portfolio. You will ensure the portfolio is aligned with the business objectives, prioritized, resourced, governed, and the performance analyzed and communicated. Additionally, you will ensure that cross-functional dependencies are connected and coordinated at a portfolio level, working collaboratively with the IT Function leads and project/product teams as required.

As the senior portfolio manager, you will prepare and lead portfolio management forums to provide visibility on the portfolio's progress and performance, while highlighting key risks, dependencies and decisions required. You will report on the portfolio spend as well as value realization and financial benefits, working closely with Finance and IT functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the approval, planning, prioritization, development, and implementation of enterprise project and product efforts.
  • Develop and maintain the enterprise project and product governance processes and standards to enable effective portfolio management.
  • Present and communicate to Executive Leadership on the status of the enterprise portfolio, reporting on progress, risks, issues, dependencies, spend, and resources.
  • Ensure clear financial benefits/ROI are defined for all approved initiatives with ongoing review of progress and realization.
  • Collaborate with and guide Leaders cross-functionally to ensure that prioritized initiatives/product roadmaps are aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Oversee the assessment, prioritization, and approval of new demand.
  • Manage risks, escalations, and decisions at the Portfolio level.
  • Define and report on objectives and key results at the Portfolio level.
  • Ensure IT resources are allocated correctly based on prioritization and Business need.
  • Manage and track all capabilities to be delivered within approved Portfolio scope.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • PMP, SCRUM Master, Agile Product Owner preferred.
  • 10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • 5 years of experience as an IT Portfolio Manager working with both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies. Experience as an Agile Product Owner with Lean Portfolio Management is an advantage.
  • Experience in Process Mapping, Capacity Modeling, and Data Analysis.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
