Senior Manager of Customer Support sought to lead high-performing team and drive customer satisfaction in a dynamic, cloud-based environment.

Crusoe Energy is a pioneering company unlocking value in stranded energy resources through computation. We co-locate mobile data centers with stranded energy resources to deliver low-cost, carbon-negative distributed computing solutions. Our managed cloud services platform, Crusoe Cloud, enables climate-friendly innovation in computationally intensive fields.

The Senior Manager of Customer Support will lead and manage a global support team operating 24/7, ensuring efficient and continuous customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing customer support team
  • Managing and leading a global support team
  • Monitoring and analyzing support metrics
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
  • Creating and submitting knowledge base entries
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Managing team performance through coaching and feedback
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
  • Overseeing the implementation and usage of support tools and systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Linux and Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing support teams
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and services
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with customer support tools and software

Compensation will be paid as salary, with Restricted Stock Units included in all offers. Compensation will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
