PX Lead Job Description

PX Lead is responsible for leading the development and execution of people plans that deliver performance and achievement of business priorities.

The role requires a strong ability to partner with business to co-create and co-facilitate discussions and insight gathering to feed into programs.

The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of local labour laws, strong leadership, integration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

They will also have a proven track record of successful Change Management and ability to execute initiatives in a timely manner with high quality.

The role is responsible for ensuring effective partnership and alignment with relevant global & regional PX stakeholders to embrace and bring an enterprise, corporate perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute meaningful people plans that deliver performance and achievement of business priorities.
  • Partner with business to co-create and co-facilitate discussions and insight gathering to feed into programs.
  • Lead growth processes and talent management to develop strong pipeline.
  • Lead the coaching of leaders in leveraging key people processes and managerial skills to effectively manage their team.
  • Implement transformation with impactful change management principles.
  • Support organizational changes and transformations in respect of colleagues and in compliance with local legislation.
  • Provide PX Client Facing support to assigned clients.
  • Support the execution of annual PX processes and programs.
  • Manage employees labour law related processes.
  • Support on-going review of PX processes, identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and above.
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in PX technical proficiencies and core PX competencies.
  • Experience in business partnering roles.
  • Thorough knowledge of local labour laws.
  • Strong leadership, integration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong influence skill, provide strategic guidance to senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree.
  • Relevant pharmaceutical experience.
  • PX management experience in Organizational Development, Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful Change Management.
