Leading senior manager responsible for overseeing project profitability, client relationships, and pharmacovigilance operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Monitor projects to ensure company profitability and project goals are met.
- Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle and provide technical oversight for pharmacovigilance operations.
- Leadership and Development: Develop, implement, and monitor project plans, objectives, and metrics for direct reports; identify and implement process improvements.
- Resource Management: Manage resources and projections to ensure project teams meet client needs, expectations, and contractual obligations.
- Process Improvement: Analyze project backlogs to provide adequate resources, identify and implement process improvements, and improve efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough working knowledge of local and global medical device health authority regulations, guidelines, policies, and ICH guidelines.
- Project Management: Effective project management skills, including decision-making and autonomy.
- Leadership: Excellent planning, organization, people, time, and change management skills.
- Client Relationships: Ability to develop and maintain good rapport with clients and experience with client interactions.
