Global Senior Manager, PMO for Biosurgery Supply Chain leads strategic projects to enhance quality, growth, and cost efficiencies. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the Biosurgery Supply Chain strategy, establishing governance forums, and driving operational excellence. Collaborate with end-to-end Supply Chain leadership and finance teams to support strategic and business planning cycles. Implement project management best practices, including prioritization and measurement, to optimize value capture and improvement initiatives. Develop a master portfolio of supply chain projects and ensure effective program tracking and reporting. The role offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and drive impactful improvements within a global, cross-functional team. A minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with project/program management, process excellence, and Six Sigma tools and methodologies is preferred. Global experience and ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management are required. The base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550. The company maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Time off benefits include vacation, sick time, holiday pay, and personal and family time. The job requires up to 25% domestic travel and limited international travel.
