Senior Manager, Impact Engineering, Dublin We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage the engineering development and delivery of a high-growth, leading-edge product and framework for Service Now's Impact team. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** • Manage the engineering development and delivery of a high-growth, leading-edge product and framework for Service Now's Impact team • Collaborate with engineering leadership and product management to shape the digital roadmap and accelerate Service Now's value to customers • Manage daily activities of the development team, including delivery of committed work, technical engagement, career growth, and operational excellence • Lead the team to solve difficult and sometimes ambiguous problems, balancing platform and product level decisions **Requirements:** • 10+ years of experience with platform and product development, using coding and architecture skills to deliver high-quality results at an enterprise scale • Experience managing and growing high-performing engineers who require little oversight • Experience leading and supporting the team to deliver their engineering tasks • Experience with open-source tools and agile development environments • Fluency in one or more relevant enterprise programming languages • Demonstrated ability to understand broad concepts and use those concepts to develop solutions for problems **Service Now is an Equal Opportunity Employer** We strive to create an accessible and inclusive experience for all candidates.
