We are seeking a dynamic leader to build and lead a test engineering team in our Limerick location, focusing on high-performance test solutions for power products. Job Description: ADI's Multi Market Power Business Unit is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic leader to build and lead a test engineering team in our Limerick location. The team will focus on designing and developing high-performance test solutions on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for silicon validation, characterization, qualification, and manufacturing of power products. **Key Responsibilities:** • Collaborate with design engineers to define and develop test methodologies, test plans, test modes, SCAN and IDDq test patterns. • Develop innovative solutions to meet customer and product demands. • Design, develop, and debug multi-site, cost-effective test hardware and software solutions for characterization, qualification, and production wafer probe and final test. • Work with layout engineers to design Printed Circuit Boards for multi-site test HW. • Work with design engineers to validate and correlate new test solutions to design bench reference data. • Manage and maintain project schedules that align with product introduction and release dates. • Engage and support offshore manufacturing to maintain production yield and high quality, and resolve product and test problems after production release. **Requirements:** • BSEE/MSEE in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or relevant technical discipline with at least 10+ years of experience involving: + Analyzing and debugging analog and digital circuits + Designing hardware and software solutions for Automated Test Equipment that minimize test cost and maximize test performance + Developing multi-site test programs + Performing statistical data analysis + Documenting and presenting test plans and evaluation reports for power and mixed-signal products • Experience with NI STS, ETS-364, ETS-88, SPEA, or u Flex platforms is an advantage. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • At least 5+ years of experience in supervising and mentoring teams is preferred.
