Work as a Senior Manager in our Workforce Tax Team, helping large corporate employers navigate tax and regulatory changes.

PwC Ireland is a dynamic and growing team of over 30 professionals, focused on delivering expert advice and solutions to major organisations.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager, you will work on a varied portfolio of projects, including mergers and acquisitions, workforce restructuring, and tax cost management.

  • Lead and manage a challenging client portfolio, developing further opportunities with support from Partners and other mentors.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships and market profile to win new business.
  • Bring business knowledge, innovation, and insight to create value for clients and the firm.
  • Embrace digital transformation and operate effectively with a global mindset.
  • Motivate your team to perform at their best, make a difference, and deliver results.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced Tax professional with at least 7 years of experience, including 2 years at manager level.

  • AITI/CTA Qualified (or qualified by experience) with a strong academic record.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to develop business opportunities.
  • Expertise in directing and driving the success of multiple engagements.
  • Business Acumen, relationship management, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership and commitment to developing yourself and your team.
