As a Senior Manager, you will lead and manage a challenging client portfolio, develop business relationships, and create value for clients and the firm through innovative solutions and digital transformation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a challenging client portfolio
- Developing and maintaining business relationships and market profile
- Developing and maintaining new products and service offerings
- Bringing business knowledge, innovation, and insight to create value for clients and the firm
- Motivating your team to perform at their best
- Participating in flexible working arrangements and achieving a level of autonomy
About you:
- At least 7 years of experience in Tax, with at least 2 years at manager level
- AITI/CTA Qualified (or qualified by experience) with a strong academic record
- Commercial awareness and ability to develop business opportunities
- Expertise in directing and driving the success of multiple engagements
- Business Acumen and ability to extract insights from current trends in the market
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Enthusiastic team player and manager with a passion to coach and encourage others
