Senior Manufacturing Engineer Needed for Temporary Contract in Galway
Temporary contract with a major multinational company in Galway.
**Job Description**
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating with the Facilities & Construction PMO program to ensure successful infrastructural change projects.
* Delivering allocated projects within time, budget, scope, and quality constraints.
* Overseeing the overall success of infrastructural change projects, ensuring integrated planning and cross-functional activities.
* Adhering to and managing project governance, and ensuring delivery methodologies meet site strategy.
* Executing project work plans, revising them as necessary to meet changing needs.
* Motivating and guiding project core team members to ensure clear expectations and performance.
* Resolving issues and ensuring task completion, establishing priorities and reaching compromise with team members and functional manager.
* Collaborating with external construction design teams, consultants, and construction PM on project scoping, planning, and delivery.
**Qualifications**
* Level 8 Degree or higher in Project Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
* 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
* Ability to lead and collaborate effectively, work proactively on cross-functional teams.
* Good understanding of project management, and preferably PMP Professional accreditation.
