About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will be one of our technical experts, focusing on the marketing architecture, to create and optimize our processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated support to international markets, ensuring newer regions receive the attention they need to accelerate growth.
- Increase operational capacity for the team by handling high-value day-to-day tasks efficiently.
- Manage tasks such as building marketing nurture campaigns, one-off campaigns, and ensuring leads are delivered to sales teams promptly.
- Collaborate and work closely with various stakeholders across regions to ensure consistent support and alignment.
- Represent the business as an expert in Hub Spot and the other components of the marketing tech stack.
- Work on longer-term strategic projects to improve the effectiveness of Personio's marketing team.
- Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with our marketing automation agency to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on system administration and integrations.
- Proficient in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems, preferably Hub Spot & Salesforce.
- High level of understanding of system integrations including APIs and data manipulation.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive and open-minded approach to managing tasks and solving problems.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements.
