Job Description
Lead Senior Mechanical Design Engineer for Data Centre projects in EMEA. Manage project delivery from conception to completion, grow relations with accounts, and mentor support engineers. Honours Degree and 7+ years experience with data centre, industrial, or high-tech projects. Deep understanding of CIBSE, ASHRAE, BS, IS, and EN Standards. Proficient in software such as Bluebeam, Auto Cad, and REVIT. Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills. **Key Responsibilities:**
Manage project delivery from conception to completion, ensuring quality assurance systems are met.
Grow relations with accounts, expanding expertise beyond mechanical design to include Electrical, BMS/EPMS, Security, and CSA.
Mentor support engineers, ensuring their professional development and growth.
Develop project scope with design team and client, upholding mechanical design standards within the organisation.
Provide fully detailed tender packages and design of mechanical building services systems.
**Requirements:**
Honours Degree in a relevant field, Chartered an advantage but not essential.
7+ years experience with data centre, industrial, or high-tech projects.
Deep understanding of CIBSE, ASHRAE, BS, IS, and EN Standards.
Proficient in software such as Bluebeam, Auto Cad, and REVIT.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
