Join King and Moffatt's experienced team as a Senior Mechanical Estimator, contributing to the successful delivery of large-scale projects in the UK, Ireland, and multiple locations in Europe.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Mechanical Estimator to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality estimates and contributing to the company's continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Tender folder is correctly maintained and up-to-date.
- Review and analyze tender documents, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate estimates.
- Record and submit all RFI's in the correct documentation.
- Prepare estimates in line with exact tender summary provided, listing assumptions, clarifications, and value engineering opportunities.
- Submit tenders and update Share Point with all costs, recording details on K&M Management system.
- Attend and participate in Departmental Company & External Meetings, staying up-to-date with industry standards.
- Develop skills in line with agreed training plan, utilizing Ireland and UK Terms and Conditions when submitting tenders.
- Attend Tender Handover Meeting when the project is won.
Requirements
- Previous Estimation experience, with proficiency in Trimble/Amtech Estimating software an asset.
- Knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical installations an advantage, but not essential.
- Bachelor Degree Level in Engineering or similar Discipline.
- Understanding of Health and Safety requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
