Senior Mechanical / HVAC Engineer We are seeking an experienced Mechanical / HVAC Engineer with a proven track record in designing and delivering complex projects in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech sectors. **Job Description** Our client, a leading international EPCm consultancy based in Ireland, is looking for a Senior Mechanical / HVAC Engineer to join their team. This is a long-term contract role with options for remote working. As a Senior Mechanical / HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for leading plant design activities, coordinating with multi-discipline designers, and performing quality review checks for 2D/3D modeling and mechanical/hvac deliverables. **Key Responsibilities:** • Independently lead plant design activities as an area/system leader • Coordinate with multi-discipline designers to ensure seamless project delivery • Perform quality review checks for 2D/3D modeling and mechanical/hvac deliverables • Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and vendor bid evaluations • Assist in generating proposals, scopes, schedules, and budgets for projects • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment **Requirements:** • 5+ years of experience in Mechanical / HVAC engineering with a focus on Pharmaceutical or Biotech projects • Proven experience in designing and delivering complex projects in the industrial/advanced technology sector • Strong relevant engineering/design experience in industrial/advanced technology sector and mission-critical systems • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken • Knowledge of mechanical/hvac specific design standards (minimum UK/EU) • Ability to interact with other engineering disciplines, clients, and vendors at all levels • Experience using Navisworks is desirable **Company Overview:** Our client is a leading international EPCm consultancy based in Ireland, with a strong reputation in the Semiconductor, Pharma, and Biotech sectors.
