The successful candidate will be responsible for managing & maintaining the SCCM/InTune platform, escalations from service desk and continued development of the platform to meet business needs. The successful candidate will be required to engage with Business users and other teams across the enterprise to ensure that the Endpoint management platforms meet the requirement of the organization. The role will require liaison with other solutions trains, IT stakeholders, Security and other users.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWork with the existing Endpoint Engineering team to maintain, modernise and enhance the existing Endpoint management solutionsDesign and Implement Enhanced Endpoint Solutions from inception through to successful deploymentWork with the team to innovate, automate and evolve the Endpoint Management solutions across all target OS platforms (Windows/iOS/Android/macOS)Scale the existing platform to support the expanding enterprise growth needsProvide Hardware Assessment and Benchmarking Solutions across new and emerging vendor releasesAct as a lead to enhance HW Asset Management standards and policiesWork with business stakeholders to identify their needs and provide corresponding solutions to satisfy business requirements successfullyContinue to stay up to date with new technologiesEnsure a seamless, simplified, secure user experience across all OS platformsExperience, Education and Skills:Required:5 years of experience working on SCCM/Intune or other equivalent Device management platforms in an enterprise environment5 years of experience in PowerShell or equivalent scripting technology including ability to develop automated solutions using script-based solutionsAbility to manage and maintain:Core SCCM Server Infrastructure Design and ImplementationSCCM Collections, Site System role deployments including DP & PXE System RolesSCCM Boundary ManagementIntune Configuration Profiles/Compliance PoliciesAutopilot Enrolment and DeploymentStrong Cyber Security Design and Engineering Skillset essentialAzure AD knowledge essentialKnowledgeable across multiple cybersecurity tools and features pertaining to end-user computing devicesAbility to partake and lead on cross collaboration team meetingsWindows Server OS troubleshootingSQL server troubleshooting & maintenanceSoftware patch management & client supportAdvanced PowerShell and other scripting experience considered advantageousDesirable:Reporting with Power BIExperience with Zero Trust frameworkExperience with MDM PlatformsIntuneCitrix Endpoint ManagementNexthinkKnowledge of Agile/Scrum management practicesUnderstanding of DevOps conceptsSystems integration experienceStrong Troubleshooting SkillsSAFe AgileExperience in managing requirements in a fast paced and changing business environmentExperience of working effectively within a team orientated and collaborative environmentExcellent Communication SkillsAt McKesson, we care about the well-being of the patients and communities we serve, and that starts with caring for our people. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
