EBS William St., Limerick is recruiting for a Senior Mortgage Advisor / Business Development Manager to work with clients to finance property purchases and mortgage switches.
The successful candidate will be a strong people person, team player, and able to manage a portfolio of clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and increasing mortgage business to exceed targets and grow market share for EBS
- Formulating a strategic self-generated external business development plan for mortgage activity
- Fulfilling mortgages ranging from first-time buyer and switcher mortgages to high value and complex mortgages
- Growing and maintaining internal and external relationships and networks of contacts
- Prospecting through network events, online, email, and face-to-face meetings
- Planning approaches and pitches to new clients and companies
- Working closely with the branch manager to identify business & market trends
- Creating strong relationships with key client partner stakeholders
- Identifying and developing the company's unique selling points
- Being an excellent communicator and presenter
- Being a strategic thinker and taking a holistic view of the marketing and sales mix
- Working well under pressure and enjoying working to tight deadlines
- Having proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Having a keen business sense and ability to find creative business-oriented solutions
- Being an entrepreneurial spirit and not afraid to take on new challenges
- Performing duties in a compliant manner in accordance with policies and procedures
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €60,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Limerick, CO.
