Senior Mortgage Sales Advisor | Dublin | Hybrid There is a unique opportunity in the South Dublin market for a Senior Mortgage Advisor to join an award winning financial services company during an exciting time of growth. The Role: Join a dedicated mortgage sales team to execute sales strategies and deliver mortgage completions in a digital environment. Guide customers from application to completion, providing proactive and reactive support to meet conversion targets. Duties and Responsibilities: Actively manage leads to achieve targets. Provide customer support via digital and remote contact. Handle mortgage leads from enquiry to drawdown. Deliver completion targets through customer experience and pipeline management. Collaborate with the Mortgage Sales Manager and team to refine sales practices. Report outcomes and progress to the Mortgage Sales Manager. Identify and address process blockers. Essential Skills/Experience: End-to-end mortgage new business experience. QFA or Professional Banker qualification. Proactive and reactive customer support experience. Understanding of mortgage regulations. Experience with credit functions to progress applications. Proven record in application conversions. Team player. Desirable Experience: Driven and ambitious. Experience in a digital-first model is desirable. Direct environment experience. Familiarity with social media and contemporary communication methods.
