Job Description

Job Title: Senior National Account Manager. Location: Dublin. 1/2 days per week on site. Manage customer relationships to ensure business operation, maximize sales and profitability. Key Accountabilities: Manage price promotions and new product launches. Deliver sales forecasts on time. Collaborate with supply chain and factory teams. Develop promotional plans with commercial finance and trade marketing. Maintain relationships with key customers. Develop and execute Joint Business Plans. Skills and Experience: Sales experience in multiple retail FMCG customer management. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Timely and accurate reporting. Strong negotiation and relationship building skills. Analytical and numerical abilities. Time management and organizational skills. High level of IT proficiency. Full Clean Driving License. Background in chilled food categories is desirable. Degree in business-related area. This role requires drive, ambition, and enthusiasm. Must be able to drive high levels of customer relationships. The role requires a high level of technical skills such as selling, negotiation, forecasting, and commercial awareness. Key qualifications include sales experience, excellent presentation and communication skills, and strong negotiation and relationship building skills. The ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter who can work on their own initiative, with a passion for customer care.
