They're breaking a lot of records as we speak and are extremely profitable, hence are in the middle of their expansion. Last year they broke records with employee satisfaction as well as everyone in the company received a 40% bonus! They're onboarding new clients so they need more hands on deck to build new insurtech software that's very new for the Irish market. The main reason for the hiring of this Software Engineer role is expansion - the scope of work is constantly increasing and they're looking for a talented pair of hands to work on several Greenfield project, including building an underwriting-focused customer-facing platform from scratch. This would be done with C#, .Net, Blazor and Azure, among other technologies. The ideal candidate for this role has a strong foundation with C# and .Net, as well as strong knowledge of Blazor. Culture fit plays a huge role for this company and they're looking for go-getters who thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing environment (typically buzzwords, but these guys mean it!).
