IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician Seeking an experienced IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician to provide on-site support for various IT-related tasks in a specific area. We offer flexible, contractual work with hourly or daily/half-day pay rates. **Responsibilities** • Provide L1 & L2 IT/Networking related support, including desktop support • Install and replace server/Rack part hardware (e.g., hard disk drives) • Offer on-site assistance (console access to Router/Switch/Firewall etc.) to complement remote support **Base Skill Set** • Expertise in System Desktop Administration, Customer Service, Incident/Change/Release management, and Support for various third-party applications on Windows Platforms • Proficient in IT Infrastructure Library & Windows Server Administration • Understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, fixing wireless LAN, Ethernet desktop configuration issues, and subnetting • Technical troubleshooting and hands-on experience with different OS such as iOS, Android, Windows, and Blackberry devices **Job Details** • Job Type: Part-time • Pay: €15.00-€25.00 per hour
