We are seeking a skilled IT & Network Support Engineer/Technician to support casual freelancing tasks in your area. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible payment options and varied working hours. **Responsibilities:** • Provide on-site support for IT and networking related tasks, including desktop support, server and hardware installation, and console access to routers and switches. • Troubleshoot technical issues with various operating systems, including Windows, iOS, Android, and Blackberry devices. • Assist with incident, change, and release management, as well as support for third-party applications on Windows platforms. **Required Skills:** • Expertise in system desktop administration, customer service, and technical troubleshooting. • Proficiency in IT Infrastructure Library and Windows Server Administration. • Understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, wireless LAN, Ethernet desktop configuration, and subnetting. • Hands-on experience with different operating systems and devices. **Job Details:** • Job Type: Part-time • Pay: €15.00-€25.00 per hour
